I. This Pronouncement
i. By Right, Power and Authority of the Sovereign Rights as Pronounced by Our Prounouncement De Unitas America as a Free Sovereign of the Free Society of United America we make these further pronouncements known collectively as De Pronuntionis Possessionis et Hereditas and also known as the Pronouncement of Property and Succession; and
ii. These Sovereign Rights may be taken in official original document form and spoken form to represent one complete set of Rights and the highest of all Original Sovereign Law with the other Pronouncements we make; and
iii. When referring to Our Sovereign Pronouncements collectively is may also be taken both in printed form and spoken word that we mean the complete and accurate set of Rights as the highest of all Original Sovereign Law.
II. The Use of Rights Pronounced as Original Law
i. By Our Right, Our Hand and our Voice we solemnly pledge our most sacred sovereign act to use these Pronouncements and all Our Sovereign Rights for the betterment of our neighbour, our community respecting at all times due process and the living law; and
ii. Whilst Our Rights may permit the strongest of remedy against an injury inflicted upon Us and to the body of the Living Law, our goal shall be at all times to present fair and proportional remedy, not to exceed fair remedy and to seek positive solutions for the benefit of all parties; and
iii. We shall at all times remain respectful to the Office and Obligations of Sovereign and shall demonstrate respect for and kindness for others, as we may seek respect to be shown to Us, even when such respect is not demonstrated to Us.
III. Property
i. Property is defined as those real or intangible objects that are commonly recognized as being the lawful possessions of a man, woman or group; and
ii.An asset is an object and type of property that is said to have some value and can be measured in some way.
IV. Right of Property Ownership
i. All men and women are bestowed by our Divine Creator, also known as Unique Collective Awareness (UCA), the Office and Title of Sovereign at birth including Fixed and Irrevocable Title over their body, mind and spirit subject to Sovereign Law and that no force may lawfully abrogate any of these Rights, with or without our Consent; and
ii. By right of Office and obligations upon birth, all men and women have the right of Allodial Title free and clear of any encumbrances over any land rightfully under their possession, including other forms of property, excluding living animals; and
iii. As custodians over all life on Earth, no man or woman may rightfully claim a living animal that dreams as their property. While animals may be kept, tendered and even slaughtered for food, it is against natural law and the obligations of sovereign office to claim ownership of property that is ultimately the possession of the Divine Creator; and
iv. Any law that claims to permit ownership of animals that dream as property are in direct violation of the natural laws of the universe and the sovereign covenant between the Divine creator and every man and woman and therefore are from the beginning null and void, whether superior remedy has been presented or not.

vi. Simple goods are non-complex goods manufactured from primary goods not including advanced technology, such as furniture, clothing; and
vii. Advanced goods are goods using technical skill and complex manufacturing including such goods as machines, computers, transport and power equipment, artwork, jewellry; and

VI. Rights of Land (Property)
i. All land upon the whole Earth granted by the Divine Creator to Sovereign men and women is divided firstly into Unions of Free Societies, then Free Society Nations, then Regions, then Communities, then Zones and finally Land Patents; and
ii. The instrument by which the legal boundaries of a free society defines its land compared to other free societies shall be its Charter granted effect by the sovereign members of that society, then ratified in treaty with other free societies neighbouring the free society, then further ratified by its recognition by treaty by the relevant Union of Free societies by the region; and
iii. The instrument by which the lawful ownerhip of alloidal land is granted to a sovereign member of the Society is by land patent granted under the Charter of the Free Society and having the full effect, protection and authority of law by the Charter; and
iv. Any lawful claim and issue of land patent must be consistent with the lawful claim of ownership of land by the individual or corporate member, neither exceeding the amount of land lawfully owned, nor less than the amount of land lawfully owned, using the meets and bounds information of historical documents to ensure the land patent is accurate; and
v. While historical records of patents and titles may be used to verify the meets and bounds of a land patent lawfully issued by the free society, all titles and land patents issued under false claims of sovereignty and ownership by inferior laws to this pronouncement are automatically null and void from the beginning of their enactment; and
vi. All divisions of land owned by the Society wherein individuals or corporations have made purchase and existing structures are in place shall be honored as alloidial land under the land patent system of the Free Society whether or not individuals or corporations are yet members, unless it can be demonstrated that such land claims are otherwise unlawful; and
vii. A holder of a land patent granting alloidial right shall be permitted to grant by contract the sub lease of part of all of their land holding for a maximum of 25 years. However, title contracts shall not be granted as they exceed the maximum time limit of contractual arrangements for use of land.
VII. Intellectual property rights of face, body, name and voice
i. Every man and woman is granted by the Divine Creator at birth Fixed and Irrevocable Title over their body therefore also their face, name and voice; and
ii. Any facsimile whether physical, digital in any form of image of face, name, body or voice remains a permanent extension of a man or woman's Fixed and Irrevocable Title, therefore the property of that particular man or woman regardless of whether they commissioned the reproduction or not; and
iii. When a man or woman participates in the recording of their face, name, body or voice, with full knowledge of the recording process and who is making the recording, it is automatically assumed that consent is given for these images to be recorded and used by the other individual, unless consent is denied; and
iv. Unless consent is provided to make a recording, the recording of a face, body, name or voice of a man or woman contravenes their natural property rights and therefore is equivalent to property theft; and
v. Even when a man or woman consents to a recording, such an action in no way cedes ownership, merely the right to use those recordings in the manner agreed.
VIII. Disclosure of all property held in custody by a society
i. Consistent with the Sovereign Rights of ownership of a man or woman over any and all personal information and any property held in their name by any society, including in particular any financial property instruments, such societies are duty bound to disclose such property, the location where it is held, by whom and any conditions attached to such property; and
ii. As the claim of right for full and open disclosure of information concerning property held in the name of a sovereign man or woman is because anything that represents a fascimile of them remains an extension of their living body and therefore their Fixed and Irrevocable Title granted by the Divine Creator at birth, a sovereign man or woman has the absolute right to lodge an act of Habaes Corpus upon the officers of the court who refuse to command such action, as such information exists as a material extension of the living body of the man or woman.
IX. Bonds and other instruments created against a member of a Society
i. A Free Society is entitled, providing it is clearly disclosed to its sovereign members, to issue any bonds or other financial instruments created against the individual member of the Society, so long as such an issue is to the benefit of the Society, is reflected in its Charter and openly disclosed; and
ii. A member of a Free Society has the clear sovereign right not only to know the nature, location and status of any financial instruments created in their name, because of their birth and existence and to order the transfer of ownership of any and all of these bonds and financial instruments to whatever free society to which they are a member.
X. Certificates and other official documents created against a member of a Society
i. A Free Society demonstrating the clear Sovereign rights of its members and having such by-laws of superior nature as to permit the issue of certain official certificates including licenses for motor vehicle use, education, travel and passports has the right to call upon any other society with inferior status of the particular documents of the Free Society to validate the same documents under their system so as to avoid unnecessary confusion and expense in dispute; and
ii.Where a society recognizes such rights and remedy in respect of due process, the Society must make every effort to minimize any expense in ensuring the appropriate information is provided in the correct form to the appropriate bodies of the inferior society; and
iii. When an inferior society refuses to recognize such respect of due process and law, the Free Society shall exercise its superior rights and ensure any and all false claims against the superior status of the Society in regards to the right to issue official documents are rendered null and void.
XI. Succession
i. Succession is the act or process of following in order or sequence. Succession of death is the act or process of determining how property is to be passed from the estate of a deceased person to people who are still living; and
ii. There are principally two permitted methods of succession in determining the accumulative net assets of a deceased person: by gift as determined by a certified will or will of default and by heirship, which applies where ownership of property and/or title is transferred according to a formula set out in law, religion, custom or under the terms of a trust as determined by a certified deed.
iii. Succession by heirship is null and void effective from the beginning of any such an act or any instrument of law that claims to abrogate the sovereign rights of men and women of the society or false claims superior claims of right above all other sovereign men and women. Therefore, the variation titles of Monarchs, Dukes, Lords and other nobility are null and voided having no legal standing under natural law and superior sovereign law.
Upon this Pronouncement we recognize the inmmutable fact that Our Sovereign Right is derived from the demonstrated proof of our Divine Creator in Unique Collective Awareness (UCA) that we are both one and unique, whilst being part of the many, the collective of all Awareness. In so being, We have full right to Claim both the authority and powers bestowed by the Divine Creator; and
Upon this Prounouncement we recognize a further immutable fact that if any sovereign man or woman, living or deceased is not free, then We cannot rightly proclaim our Own freedom; and
Therefore upon this Pronouncement, warranted by Our Sovereign Right, upon necessity, We invoke both our freedom and these Rights for Ourselves and for and on behalf of all men and women, living or deceased, with the considerate judgment of all sovereign men and women living and deceased and the gracious favor of our common Divine Creator; and
I affirm all the above supreme law, AB INITIO (FROM THE BEGINNING),
On behalf of myself and other members who are associated with me by my hand and seal this day, [NO DATE REQUIRED]
In the truth ...
