  The following is a general legal statement pertaining to all visitors, content, copies of content, ideas and information displayed and contained on United-America.Org ("United-America").

  Guiding articles of reformed Constitution of United States of America  
  All matters pertaining to legal statements, including this statement are subject to the jurisdiction and guiding articles of the reformed Constitution of the United States of America.  
  The Constitution takes precedence over any and all legal statements made and where a statement can be said in conflict or inconsistent with the Constitution, that statement or clause shall be invalid to the extent that it contravenes a particular article of the Constitution.  
     
  Unsolicited Confidential information  
  United-America does not want to receive unsolicited confidential or proprietary information from you through our Web site. Please note that any unsolicited information or material sent to United-America will be deemed NOT to be confidential.

As part of its privacy and due diligence procedures, United-America shall at all times enable members full disclosure of access statistics to their own records by whom and for what purpose.  
  Furthermore, a record of approval for use and supply of information shall be kept for each member so that in any inquiry concerning the use of this confidential information a complete record of approval, date can be produced.
