  Article 47-Disiplinary hearing  
47.1 Disiplinary hearing  
  If an officer is found to have breached the code, or is found guilty of a Level 2 or below crime, the an option that police superiors have is to issue a disciplinary hearing, rather than a discharge of the officer.  
  The rules of evidence apply to any hearing, including the rules of court as applied in the Judicial Code.
