Military verdicts and judgments are the final elements of any court case. |
|
| |
It is to the wise judgment of the judge to present the final elements of the case so that no appeal is warranted. |
|
| |
Under this Code, all judgments shall themselves become statutes from which future court proceedings may refer as to precedents of method and sentence. |
