Article 139-General principles of military verdicts and judgments
139.1 General principles of military verdicts and judgments
Military verdicts and judgments are the final elements of any court case.
It is to the wise judgment of the judge to present the final elements of the case so that no appeal is warranted.
Under this Code, all judgments shall themselves become statutes from which future court proceedings may refer as to precedents of method and sentence.
