| Article 108-Confiscation of objects | ||
| 108.1 | Confiscation of objects | |
| Where objects are considered contraband and/or have been involved in an alleged offence, they shall be lawfully and immediately confiscated by law enforcement officials. | ||
| 108.2 | Receipt of non-contraband confiscated objects | |
| Where an object is not contrabant, a receipt shall be issued to the owner of the confiscated object. Upon the conclusion of any military matters, this receipt shall be required to be reproduced to have the items returned, notwhithstanding items themselves that are subject to civil proceedings, or considered a proceed or element of offence. | ||
