| Universal Standard Form shall be the standards by which all valid forms of the Society adhering to Universal and Uniform Standards shall comply. | ||
| All forms shall have seven (7) valid components being: | ||

| The Header of the Universal Standard Form shall be the Text that is presented closest to the top of the very first page of any valid form. | ||
