139.1 Standards of a corporation  
  A corporation is an entity formed by one or more persons to which legal personality through proper registration is assigned giving it certain rights and duties including the capacity of succession.  
  Corporations are a vital element of a healthy society and its economy. Corporations provide jobs, provide vehicles for invention and ways to improve the quality of life of a community. Corporations also must abide by certain fundamental responsibilities as expected of any good individual citizen in a society.
