A corporation is an entity formed by one or more persons to which legal personality through proper registration is assigned giving it certain rights and duties including the capacity of succession. |

Corporations are a vital element of a healthy society and its economy. Corporations provide jobs, provide vehicles for invention and ways to improve the quality of life of a community. Corporations also must abide by certain fundamental responsibilities as expected of any good individual citizen in a society. |
