  4.1 Living relationships in general
  Article 123-Living relationships
123.1 Living relationships
Men and Women are a social animal. We prefer to live in settlements, rather than alone.
We depended upon other Men and Women for our creation as an organism. We depended upon our mother for our safe development in her womb and other Men and Women, whether it be doctors or midwives for our safe delivery at birth. And we depended on Men and Women, family or others for our nurturing as a child.

We are in every aspect, a social animal, dependent upon other Men and Women to some degree, for our entire lives.

123.2 Living relationships and civilization
While laws may be written and code may be defined, it is upon this basic premise, that Men and Women exist together in common bonds, or relationships that our communities and our civilizations are based.
We may seek to describe ourselves as a town, or a city, or even a nation. Yet we are, by our very nature defined by the family to which we belong, the people with whom we work and socialize, the friends we keep and the enemies we make.
123.3 Standards regarding Living relationships
While natural law assumes that certain common sense and universally acknowledge norms exist concerning what is an acceptable and what is not an acceptable relationship, the truth is that such assumptions are inadequate as a means of enforcing social standards and satisfaction unless clear rules regarding Living relationships exist.
