  Article 116-Conditions of livestock animals
116.1 Conditions of livestock animals
All livestock animals are required to be housed in conditions mandated by their type and the sanitation services of United America.
In improper and unsanitary conditions of livestock animals shall be considered a criminal offence liable for the confiscation of all animals in such conditions and if guilty of repeated offences the complete property (including all land and all buildings) at which such unsanitary conditions were found.
116.2 Mandatory confiscation of property when repeated criminal offences occur against livestock
So serious is the crime of unsanitary and cruel conditions in the housing of livestock that a person, commercial company or group responsible for repeated criminal offences shall have all their property related to such holding of livestock (including all land and buildings) confiscated.
This shall be mandatory for repeat offenders and no appeal shall be lawfully permitted to stay such action other than the charge of unlawful claiming of a criminal offence (itself a crime).
While such action will inevitably render one or more persons deprived of employment and possible destitute, however such reckless behaviour by persons in maintaining unsanitary conditions of livestock risk the health not only of the animals but the population in general through the potential transmission of dangerous infections.
