United America shall have a single source document for all core definitions, maintained both in print and digitally. |
|
| |
This single source document shall be used as the master location of all official definitions and no definition shall be introduced in any law, regulation or official document unless it has been previously permitted to be added to the master and single source of all core definitions. |

Non-permission to redefine core definitions in subsidiary documents |

Once a definition has been officially entered into the central and core set of definitions, new meanings or changes to the meanings of core definitions are not permitted unless via an act of parliament as a referendum in which it is recognized that the changed definition of a word shall henecforth change across all laws, regulations and official documents of United America. |
