| 8.1 | Amendment to the code | |
| It is expected and permitted that the Code shall be amended to reflect changes of acts of law, dependent upon the nature of proposed amendment(s). | ||
| 8.2 | Additions and deletions of clauses within an Article | |
| The addition, amendment or deletion of one or more clauses of Articles within the Code is permitted, subject to each proposed amendment being represented in new law of the Society consistent with the Articles of the Charter. | ||
| In such cases, the promulgation of such new law shall automatically require the Code itself to be amended to reflect the new/changed provisions without adding or deleting specific articles. | ||
| 8.3 | Additions and deletions of Articles and Chapters | |
| Any proposed amendment to the Code that proposes the addition or deletion of one or more Articles shall require the same amendment provisions as the Charter itself. | ||
