Military Code |

By this Charter a Military Code shall be formed. All existing and new laws providing for military responsibility shall be subject to inclusion in the Military Code. |

Structure of the Military Code |

The Military Code shall be structured into chapters, which in turn are divided into articles and then one or more clauses within each article. |

19. General principles of the jury
20. General principles of military defense
21. General principles of military prosecution
22. General principles of military arraignment
23. General principles of military trial
24. General principles of military verdicts and judgments
25. General principles of military appeals |

While an article may belong to a particular chapter, the numbering of all articles is consecutive so that the entire body of articles of the Military Code may be read as one, with or without the chapter headings. |
