Conduct and records of elections |
|
| |
By this Charter, all elections shall be conducted fairly and free from political influence and coercion. |
|
| 89.2 |
Tallying of votes |
|
| |
All votes shall be tallied in the presence of at least three members who are not directors nominated as returning officers to ensure the free and fair count of the vote. It shall then be the responsibility of the returning officers to declare the results of the election. |

Declaring an Election |

| |
Upon the returning officers declaring an election, the candidate who is elected shall have full rights as a director. |
|

Records of election |
|
| |
The elected official appointed by this Charter at the appropriate level shall be responsible for recording the results of all elections and keeping such information on permanent record. |
