  Article 72-Food & Drugs  
72.1 Food & Drugs  
  Access to low cost, quality food and beverages is a critical need for all peoples of the United America Free Society. Furthermore, access to appropriate naturally and locally produced drug crops and pharmaceutically manufactured drugs and vaccines is a fundamental requirement to the health and well being of every community.  
  It shall remain a primary objective of the Nation to ensure the proper access to generic naturally grown pain killers and medicines and generic pharmaceutical medicines to assist in the treatment of existing disease outbreaks and the reduction and eventual elimination of widespread pain and suffering. Furthermore, it is a primary goal of the United America Free Society to ensure that no community suffers the ravages of hunger and malnutrition again through the establishment of clear, consistent policies on the promotion of locally produced high quality food and beverages.  
72.2 National Director of Food & Drugs Systems  
  The National Director of Food & Drugs Systems shall be vested with the sole authority of good management of the national food and drug systems and the National Food & Drug Agency operations.  
  The National Director of Food & Drugs Systems shall be a direct appointment by employment contract of the President upon approval of the Senate for whatever term the President deems is appropriate.  
  The role of National Director of Food & Drugs Systems of the Nation shall hold the dual position as a member of the Senate with all the privileges and power of the role. The tenure as the Senator is determined by the concurrent tenure as a National Director of Food & Drugs Systems of the United America Free Society.  
  The National Director of Food & Drugs Systems of the United America Free Society shall also be a member of the National Board charged with the responsibility of managing the day to day affairs of the United America Free Society.  
  As National Director of Food & Drugs Systems of the Nation, this person is responsible for protecting and ensuring the best possible standards of food and drug production for all the citizens of the United America Free Society, free from political and moral interference. It is also the primary responsibility of the National Director of Food & Drugs Systems of the Nation to manage the Food and Drug Codes which outlines all approved health manufacturing standards, packaging, labeling, storage and transport standards including approval of new medicines for general use and trial use.  
72.3 Director Power  
  Vested by this Charter, the Director of Food & Drugs System of the United America Free Society shall have the following powers and authority:  
  (a) As a sitting Nation Senator, representing the Society interests in its Food & Drugs System and reporting to the Globe Senate and Globe Council; and  
  (b) As a Member of the Supreme Board of the United America Free Society, having the power of one vote and representing the collective executive knowledge and wisdom guiding the Society as a whole; and  
  (c) As Chairman of the United America Board of Food & Drugs Systems of the Society, is responsible for setting the agenda, vote and minutes of all Expert Senior Directors of regional government of the United America Free Society; and  
  (d) As the Highest Officer in charge of the United America Food & Drugs Agency and all its associated Agencies, being directly responsible for major strategic decisions, plans and actions; and  
  (e) As an Ambassador of the Society, is responsible for all media and communication concerning the Food & Drugs Systems of the United America Free Society; and  
  (f) As the Architect of the United America Strategic Plan of the Food & Drugs Systems of the United America Free Society; and  
  (g) As the highest Project Manager of the United America Projects Plan of the Food & Drugs Systems of the United America Free Society; and  
  (h) As the Convener and Host of the United America Food & Drugs Systems Exhibition and Conference, every five (5) years, representing the most important event open to all Society members to attend; and  
  (i) As the Author of a Primary Master Work of Knowledge about Food & Drugs Systems of the Society, also being a text that shall be considered a teaching text and permanent standard Primary Text for years to come; and  
  (j) As the Nominator for the annual National Awards of one Life Award, for one man and one woman, being members of Office of any State society of a National Free Society; and  
  (k) As the Nominator for the annual National Awards of one Nation Award, for six (6) men and six (6) women, being members of Office of any State society of a National Free Society.  
72.4 Director Limits of Power of Office  
  Vested by this Charter, the Director of Food & Drugs Systems of the United America Free Society shall have the following limits placed upon their powers and authority:  
  (a) The men and women of a free society are sovereign and therefore ultimately holding final authority over any plans, systems, services and support concerning Food & Drugs Systems of their Free Society. Therefore, neither the Food & Drugs Systems Director nor any Officer of any United America Agency may force the representatives of a Union Free Society or National Free Society to undertake any action they do not so willingly consent as their own; and  
  (b) The implementation of direct services by any agency under the authority of the Director of Food & Drugs Systems of the United America Free Society shall be limited to expert skills, knowledge, research, standards, testing, models, inspection, verification, training, analysis, software design, data design, media design, publications, manuals, strategic planning and communication; and  
  (c) The delivery of any service by any agency under the authority of the Director of Food & Drugs Systems of the United America Free Society shall be limited to those services consented and agreed by the National Free Societies and also their Unions of Free Societies.  
72.5 Qualifications of Director  
  A Director may not be appointed unless the following qualifications are met by the candidate:  
  (a) That the Candidate for Office of Director is a Member of a Free Society; and  
  (b) That the Candidate for Office of Director is an existing Member of the United America Council of Food & Drugs Systems for not less than twelve (12) months.  
72.6 Food & Drugs Code of Rights  
  By this Charter, a Code of Rights shall be formed to summarize all essential knowledge of rights bestowed by the Living Law regarding Food & Drugs which may be easily read and recited as an affirmation of rights, or claim of rights, as required by any man or woman from the age of twelve (12) or older.  
  By this Charter, it shall be a requirement for all men, women, agents of corporations and other entities associated with Food & Drugs and the Society to demonstrate a regular written and recited understanding and acknowledgment of these rights.  
  As the oath of rights shall represent not only the summary of all unique matters of law, but an easy device to learn, and any argument based on essential ignorance of the law regarding Food & Drugs by a man, woman or corporation associated with Food & Drugs shall not be permitted.  
72.7 Food & Drugs Code of Conduct  
  By this Charter, a Code of Conduct shall be formed to summarize all essential knowledge of the Living Law regarding Food & Drugs which may be easily read and recited as an oath, as required by any man or woman from the age of twelve (12) or older.  
  By this Charter, it shall be a requirement for all men, women, agents of corporations and other entities associated with Food & Drugs and the Society to demonstrate a regular written and recited understanding and acknowledgment of this oath.  
  As the oath shall represent not only the summary of all unique matters of law, but an easy device to learn, and any argument based on essential ignorance of the law regarding Food & Drugs by a man, woman or corporation associated with Food & Drugs shall not be permitted.  
72.8 Food & Drugs Code  
  By this Charter, a Food & Drugs Code shall be formed. The Food & Drugs Code shall provide a framework for the production, storage, and consumption of clean, healthy food and drugs and the minimization of hazardous food and drugs.  
  All existing and new laws providing for food and drug responsibility shall be subject to inclusion in the Food & Drugs Code.  
72.9 National Director as Living Ambassador of Food & Drugs Laws  
  By this Charter, the Office of National Director holds an additional and unique honor and responsibility as the Living Ambassador of the Food & Drugs laws of the Society.  
  The National Director represents the legal and living embodiment of these laws in person, such that any injury to these bodies of laws also represents an injury to the person, represented by living flesh and blood.  
  As ambassador and living representative of these laws, the National Director is bound to protect these laws from injury by their own actions or through any failure of due process or lack of respect of the law.  
72.10 National Food & Drugs Strategic Plan  
  The National Director shall be required to publish, within the first twelve (12) months of their appointment and every two (2) years thereafter, a strategic plan encompassing the next ten (10) years of Food & Drugs Planning subject to the approval of the President and Senate.  
  The Strategic Plan must include major project development and operational development, including detailed financial forecasts and cost/benefit analysis so that the strategic use of the limited resources for Food & Drugs systems can be clearly comprehended and improved over time.  
72.11 National Food & Drugs Secretariat of the United America Free Society  
  The National Food & Drugs Secretariat of the United America Free Society shall be responsible for the administrative duties of the National Director of Food & Drugs Systems of the United America Free Society and their reports to the National Board and The Senate.  
72.12 National Board of Food & Drugs Systems of the United America Free Society  
  To ensure the good conduct of all office holders and the fulfillment of services consistent with the rules of this Charter, a permanent committee known as the National Board of Food & Drugs Systems of the United America Free Society shall be established.  
  The Chairman of this Board shall be the National Director of Food & Drugs Systems of the United America Free Society, and the remaining members of the Board shall be the appointed state/regional Directors of Food & Drugs Systems of the Society.  
  As Chairman of this National Board of Food & Drugs Systems, the National Director of National Food & Drugs Systems of the United America Free Society shall have the power to set all agendas, dates for meetings and minutes of meetings. By this Charter, the National Board of Food & Drugs Systems shall meet not less than four (4) times a year.  
  Vested by this Charter, the National Board of Food & Drugs Systems of the United America Free Society shall have the power to veto the executive orders of the Chairman on a vote of simple majority with each member having one vote. However, the Board shall not have the power to veto motions relating to the payment of expenses and income.  
72.13 National Food & Drugs Agency  
  By this Charter, a permanent agency shall be established for the ongoing provision and management of food administration and drugs administration services for the Nation. This agency shall be known as the National Food & Drugs Agency of the United America Free Society.
