| 19.1 | Healing the Earth | |
| By this Charter the global obligations of the Society are recognized in the fight to combat adverse climactic conditions and the destruction of natural habitats for wildlife. | ||
| Therefore, the Society shall seek to promote ecologically sound practices and assist, where possible in the preservation and re-growth of natural wilderness areas. | ||
| Furthermore, the Society shall seek to adopt environmentally friendly policies in the use of energy and industry, in particular with the repair of areas polluted and damaged by unsound environmental practices. | ||
