In Allodium |
|

By Article 20 of the Sovereign Charter of the Americas Union also known as Cartae Sacorum De Congregatio Americas , the Society is hereby granted Title In Allodium within the Metes and Bounds this Article defines. |
|
| |
The Metes and Bounds of Allodium Title of United America Free Society shall comprise of both Trustee and Sole Occupation and Ownership Title reflecting the authority and respect bestowed by the Society of the Americas Union, namely: |
|
| |
(a) The Metes and Bounds of Allodium Title as Sole Occupation and Ownership shall be the bounds of the land and sea borders as presently defined for the alternate Society of the United States; and |
|
| |
(b) The Metes and Bounds of Allodium Title as Trustees shall be the bounds of the Americas Union from the centre of the Earth to the standard orbit distance of the Moon. |
|
| |
It is a condition of this Charter and agreement that the United America Society grant Title In Allodium to each State free Society of the Society by their currently accepted Metes and Bounds. |

Right and Obligation of Society to Grant Title within its Metes and Bounds |

ByArticle 20 of Cartae Sacorum De Congregatio Americas , the Americas Union is granted the absolute right to grant Title and Rights of Ownership, including granting by title its allodial rights within its Metes and Bounds to the State Free Societies of Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. |

Title In Allodium Granted to the State Free Societies |

By this Article, the Society hereby grants Title In Allodium to State Free Societies as named in Original Law within the Metes and Bounds of the Society. |
|
| |
The Metes and Bounds of Allodium Title of each State Free Society shall comprise of both Trustee and Sole Occupation and Ownership Title reflecting the authority and respect bestowed by the Society of United America, namely: |
|
| |
(a) The Metes and Bounds of Allodium Title as Sole Occupation and Ownership shall be the bounds of the land and sea borders as presently defined for the State Free Society; and |
|
| |
(b) The Metes and Bounds of Allodium Title as Trustees shall be the bounds of United America Free Society from the centre of the Earth to the standard orbit distance of the Moon. |

It is a condition of this Charter and agreement that each State Free Society grant Title In Allodium to each member of their National Free Society according to their currently accepted Metes and Bounds. |

| 14.4 |
Title In Allodium Granted to Members of the Society Ab Initio (from the beginning) |
|
| |
By this Article, the Society hereby grants Title In Allodium as Trustees to each and every Member of the Society Ab Initio (from the beginning) for the life of the Member having been borne sovereign upon the Land consistent with the most sacred and supreme covenant of One Heaven. |
|
| |
In recognition of the absolute fact and Right of sovereignty of each and every Member, the Member number registered into the Great Register and Public Record of One Heaven shall also represent the same Title Number for the registration of their Title In Allodium into the General Land Records. |
|
| |
Furthermore, any Land lots granted under land patent shall be affixed as a valid schedule to the Title in Allodium of the member. |
|
